Betaling og levering

Du kan betale enten med kreditkort, MobilePay eller faktura. Ved betaling med kreditkort og MobilePay trækker vi beløbet i det øjeblik, vi afsender softwaren. Alle ordrer leveres elektronisk. Force Majeure

Begivenheder uden for Cadesign base A/S´  kontrol, som ikke er rimeligt forudsigelige, betragtes som force majeure, hvilket betyder at Cadesign base A/S er fritaget fra Cadesign base A/S´ forpligtelser til at opfylde kontraktlige aftaler. Eksempel på sådanne begivenheder er regeringshandling eller undladelse, ny eller ændret lovgivning, konflikt, embargo, brand eller oversvømmelse, sabotage, ulykke, krig, naturkatastrofer, pandemier, strejker eller manglende levering fra leverandører. Force majeure omfatter også offentlige beslutninger, der påvirker markedet negativt og produkter, for eksempel restriktioner, advarsler, forbud mv.

Betaling

Alle produkter forbliver Cadesign base A/S´ ejendom indtil fuld betaling er foretaget. Prisen er den, der er fastsat på den dato, hvor du bestiller din bestilling. Forsendelsesomkostninger og betalingsgebyrer indregnes før bekræftelse af køb. Hvis du er under 18 år, skal du have forældres tilladelse til at købe fra Cadesign base A/S.

Alle overførsler gennem Cadesign base A/S  håndteres og gennemføres via tredjeparts dedikerede gateways for at sikre din beskyttelse. Kortoplysninger er ikke gemt, og alle kortoplysninger håndteres via SSL-kryptering. Læs venligst vilkårene for den valgte betalingsgateway for transaktionen, da de er ansvarlige for de foretagne transaktioner.

Lokale skatter

• The customer retains all responsibility for the product installed on a computer. Cadesign base A/S will not be responsible nor liable for the products function once installed on a bike.

Payment and delivery

You can pay either by credit card, MobilePay or invoice. When paying by credit card and MobilePay, we deduct the amount the moment we send the software. All orders are delivered electronically. We handle your order as soon as we receive the order within normal opening hours, and the order  delivered right away digitally (8:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday 8:00 – 15:00)

Force Majeure

Events outside Cadesign base A/S´s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Cadesign base A/S is released from Cadesign base A/S’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

All products remain Cadesign base A/S’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Cadesign base A/S.

All transfers conducted through Cadesign base A/S are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Additional Information

Cadesign base A/S reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Cadesign base A/S has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Cadesign base A/S shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
